The short version. InvestMatch is an educational investing simulator. We collect the account details you give us and the in-app activity needed to run the product. We do not sell your personal information, we do not run third-party advertising, and we never touch real money or real brokerage accounts because the product does not have any.
InvestMatch is operated by Malia Noro Ventures LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Malia Noro Ventures LLC, and "you" means the person using the app.

We do not collect your name, address, phone number, Social Security number, bank credentials, or brokerage credentials, because none of those are needed to run a simulator.
We use a small number of third parties to operate the app. Each one receives only what it needs:
To operate and personalize the simulator, maintain your progress, enforce fair-use limits like daily game plays, diagnose problems, communicate with you about the service, and meet legal obligations. We do not use your information for behavioral advertising.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights or safety of users or the public, or in connection with a merger or acquisition, in which case we will give notice before your information becomes subject to a different policy.
InvestMatch is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. A parent or guardian who believes their child has given us information may write to info@noroventure.com and we will remove it.
Users between 13 and 17 should review this policy with a parent or guardian. Nothing in the app is a recommendation to buy or sell anything, and no part of the app can move real money.
We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. Delete your account and we remove your personal information within 30 days, except where we must keep records to comply with law. Aggregated data that cannot identify you may be kept to study how well the product teaches.
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account and the data tied to it by writing to info@noroventure.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR, including the right to object to certain processing and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. We honor these requests regardless of where you live.
We use the access controls, encryption in transit, and authentication provided by our hosting platform. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but the product holds no money and no banking credentials, which limits what a breach could expose.
We operate in the United States, and your information is processed there. If you use the app from outside the United States, you consent to that transfer.
If we make a material change to this policy, we will update the date above and notify you in the app before the change takes effect.
