The short version. InvestMatch teaches investing with real market data and simulated money. It is not a broker, not an investment adviser, and nothing in it is financial advice. Every portfolio in the app is on paper. You cannot buy, sell, hold, or transfer an actual security through InvestMatch.
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Malia Noro Ventures LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By creating an account or using InvestMatch, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use InvestMatch. If you are under 18, you may use it only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf.
Prices, earnings figures, and headlines come from third parties, principally Finnhub, and are described on our Data Sources page. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. We do not warrant its accuracy and you should not rely on it to make an actual financial decision.
Keep your login credentials secure, and tell us promptly if you believe someone else is using your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person, one account.
Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service; do not resell or redistribute the market data you access through it; do not use it to break the law; and do not misrepresent the app as a real brokerage to anyone else.
InvestMatch is under active development. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may suspend or end the service. We will give reasonable notice before ending the service outright.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or creates risk for other users or for us.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Malia Noro Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred United States dollars.
Because the service holds no money and executes no trades, you cannot incur an investment loss through InvestMatch itself. Any decision you make with your own money outside the app is yours alone.
You agree to indemnify Malia Noro Ventures LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the service or your violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will update the date above and notify you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
